Bank Of Baroda Recruitment 2021 Apply online: Bank of Baroda, one of the leading public sector banks in the country is looking for experienced professionals for senior positions on a contract basis.

The bank has invited applications online from eligible candidates with a bachelor’s degree plus professional certifications preferably in the finance stream and experience of 09 to 15 years in relevant fields. The details of qualifications are explained below.

The selection of candidates for the posts will be through a personal interview or group discussion or any other method the bank will deem suitable. The selected candidates will be in service for a period of 03 years, extendable at the option of the bank.

The century-year-old Bank of Baroda is considered the second-largest bank in the country following the merger of Dena Bank and Vijaya Bank into Bank of Baroda in April 2019. Minimum qualification (As of 15-07-2021)

1. Head – Business Finance

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • MBA (Fin) / CFA / CMA
  • At least 15 years of work experience in Bank / NBFC / Financial Inst. Etc.
  • Of which 08 years service in Business Finance

2. Head – Internal Controls & Finance Governance

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • CA / CMA
  • At least 15 years of experience in the area of Internal Controls, Internal Audit & Operational Governance Oversight
  • Out of which 03 years in a Big 4/Large/Leading Accounting Firm.
  • 06 years in a leadership capacity in the above areas

3. Head – Investor Relations

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • CA / MBA in Finance
  • At least 15 years of experience in Investment Banking or Institutional Broking house (sell-side)
  • Experience in Investment research, leading investor engagement, networking with Large Institutional players, etc.

4. Dy. Head – Investor Relations

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • CA / CMA
  • At least 12 years of experience BFSI Sector
  • Out of which 08 years experience in Investment Banking / Institutional Broking / Institutional Sales
  • Preference to those with experience in Investment Research / Networking with large institutional players

5. Dy. Head – Financial Accounting

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • CA
  • At least 12 years of experience BFSI Sector
  • Out of which 08 years in a leading/large accounting firm/Bank/BFSI sector as a Senior Financial Accountant/Senior Accountant.

6. Vice President – Balance Sheet Planning

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • CA /CMA/CFA/ MBA in Finance
  • Minimum 9 years of work experience in the BFSI Sector
  • Out of which 06 years in Business Finance Function / Product Profitability Function / Financial Planning & Analysis

7. Vice President – Product Profitability

8. Vice President – BU Profitability & Expense Management

  • Minimum 9 years of work experience in the BFSI Sector
  • Out of which 06 years in Finance Function / BU Profitability/ Expense Management / Financial Planning & Analysis

Note:

  • Ensure that you maintain a healthy credit history with a minimum CIBIL score of 650 or above at the time of joining as per the Banks policy and subsequent amendments

Selection Process of Bank Of Baroda Recruitment

First of all, the applications will be shortlisted on the basis of qualification. The shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview/group discussion or any other mode of a selection process to find the right candidate for the post.

A merit list will be prepared on the basis of the candidates’ performance in the selection process. And, the final selection will be from the merit list only.

The selected candidates will be posted at the Bank’s Head office or branches as per requirements for a period of 03 years. Their services will be under quarterly/yearly performance review and are extendable at the discretion of the bank.
