ESIC UDC Exam Syllabus 2022: Let us discuss the details of the ESIC UDC Exam Syllabus 2022 for the posts viz, Upper Division Clerk (UDC), Stenographer and Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS).

Here, the tests/topics and the syllabus for written test for both UDC and MTS look identical. However, it is assumed that there will be difference in the question papers for both the posts as the qualification for the posts are degree and 10th pass respectively

The Qualifying Marks for all the examinations will be 45% for general category candidates; 40% for OBC & EWS candidates;35% for SC/ST and exservicemen; and 30% for PWD candidates. The preliminary examinations are qualifying in nature and the marks scored in the preliminary will not be counted for final selection

  • The final selection will be based on score in the Main Examination .
  • The candidates will be shortlisted for Phase-II Skill Test in Stenography in the ratio of 1:10

Phase-II (Skill Test in Stenography)

  • This Skill Test is qualifying in nature
  • Thos who qualified in the written examination will have to appear in the Skill Test of Stenography.
  • You will be given one dictation for 10 minutes in English or Hindi (as per your choice given in the Online Application Form) @ speed of 80 words/ minute.
  • The matter will have to be transcribed on Computer.
  • The Transcription Time is given below:
