IBPS RRB Recruitment 2021: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has IBPS RRB Recruitment Officers Office Assitantsannounced the Common Recruitment Process (CRP) for selecting officers and office Assistants to be posted in 43 Regional Rural Banks (RRBS) in various states in India.
The announced positions include Officers Scale- I, Scale-II and Scale-III (Group A), and Office Assistant (Group B)
IBPS RRB Exam in August-September- 2021
Generally, the system of CRP is composed of Online Examination, Common Interview, and Provisional Allotment in RRB, in that order. Every step up to the stage of provisional allotment will result in shortlisting of candidates for the next step.
The IBPS intends to begin the Process with the preliminary examination in August – September 2021, and complete it by January 2022. The Nodal Regional Rural Banks and NABARD will also participate in the system of CRP.

Selection Process: IBPS RRB Exam
For the posts of Officer Scale-I and Office Assistant, there will be two examinations, the Preliminary and the Main examination. The preliminary will be qualifying in nature. This means, only those qualified in the Preliminary will be eligible to appear for the Main examination. The candidates who qualified in the Main examination will be called for an interview before the final selection
In the case of the Office Assistant post, candidates who passed the Preliminary examination will go for the Main examination. On passing the Main examination the candidate will be selected provisionally. The final selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in the Online Main Examination and the vacancies reported by the RRBs.
For the posts of Scale II and Officer Scale-III, there will be a single examination followed by an Interview and provisional allotment.

According to the Tentative Calendar of Online CRP for RRBs (2021-2022) released earlier, the Preliminary Examination for Officer Scale-I & Office Assistant is scheduled for 01.08.2021, 07.08.2021, 08.08.2021, 14.08.2021, and 21.08.2021. The Main examination for these categories will be held on 25-09-2021 and 03-10-2021 respectively.
Similarly, the Single Examination for Officers (Scale II & Scale III), is scheduled for 25.09.2021. All these schedules are likely to change in the prevailing conditions.
Provisional Allotment
The common interview will be coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the cooperation of NABAD and IBPS. The shortlisted candidates will be provisionally allotted to one of the Regional Rural Banks on the basis of merit and preferences, and other factors.
In the case of Officer Scale-I and Office Assistant (Multipurpose), the allotment will be limited to the RRB of the State you have opted for.
It may be noted that the ultimate authority for selection is vested with the concerned Regional Rural Bank. It has the discretion to accept or reject the candidature of anyone provisionally allotted to it through the CRP.
The Provisional list will be valid for a period of one year or up to the release of a fresh list whichever is earlier.

How to Apply for IBPS RRB Recruitment
Go through the notification and make sure that you fulfill the eligibility. You must have a valid email ID and mobile number.
You can apply for the Post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and for the Post of Officer through separate application forms paying additional application fees.
As regards Officer Posts, you can apply for only one post, i.e. for Officer Scale-I or Scale-II or Scale-III.
The mode of registration is online only through IBPS official website
First of all, get ready with scanned copies of your photograph, signature, and left-hand thumb impression.

- Complete the Registration with requisite information
- Note down the generated Provisional registration number and password for future reference/use
- You can complete the application using the Provisional registration number and password
- Upload the scanned copies of your photograph, signature, and thumb impression/handwritten declaration
- Carefully complete the form and Submit
- Pay the application fees using the payment gateway integrated with the application form
- Take a print-out of the e-receipt of the transaction for future reference
- Also, take a print-out of the online application form

At the time of interview (or Joining For Office Assistant) , you have to produce the following documents in original and a set of self-attested photocopies there of:

- Photo Identity Proof
- Bachelor’ Degree certificates or mark sheets
- Experience Certificates if applicable
