IIT Mandi Non-Teaching Recruitment 2021: The Indian Institute of Technology Mandi is seeking meritoriously qualified, experienced candidates for consideration of various non-teaching staff positions.
The positions include Technical Officer, Sports Officer, Junior Technical Superintendent, Junior Superintendent, Junior Superintendent (Rajbhasha), Junior Engineer (Civil), Junior Laboratory Assistant (Technical), and Junior Assistant.
The appointments will be on a contract basis for a period of 05 years only. However, incumbents who can deliver outstanding performance during the contract period may get an opportunity to continue with the Institute

There are 43 vacancies in 08 positions, in the Institute’s various wings such as the School of Engineering, Administrative Section, School of Computing and Electrical Engineering, Biox Center, Advanced Material Research Center, National Knowledge Network, Construction Wing, C4DFED, and School of Basic Science Wing
The positions include Technical Officer, Sports Officer, Junior Technical Superintendent, Junior Superintendent, Junior Superintendent (Rajbhasha), Junior Engineer (Civil), Junior Laboratory Assistant (Technical) and Junior Assistant.
IIT Mandi was established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India in 2008 along with other seven IITs in India. The concerned Act was passed in the Lok Sabha on 24 March 2011.
IIT Mandi currently has four schools such as School of Computing and Electrical Engineering, School of Basic Sciences, School of Engineering and School of Humanities and Social Sciences.

Contractual Condition For IIT Mandi Non-Teaching Recruitment 2021
The appointments are for a period of 05 years only. However, the Management would be interested in retaining candidates who showed outstanding performance during the period.
