Indian Coast Guard Syllabus 2021: The Indian Coast Guard (ICG) is seeking to enroll 350 candidates for its training Batch 01/2022 meant for Navik (General Duty), Navik (Domestic Batch), and Yantrik (Electrical, Electronic, and Mechanical) in INS Chilka early next year.

The Batches for Navik (General Duty) & Yantrik and Navik (Domestic Batch) are expected to begin in February and April 2022 respectively. The online registration of applications begins on 02-07-2021 and will close on 16-07-2021.

The date of the Written examination, which is the main event of the selection process will be notified soon. Obviously, the written examination is the first hurdle to cross for enrollment as enrolled personnel in ICG.

Indian Coast Guard Syllabus 2021

Indian Cost Guard Exam Pattern/Structure

There are 05 sections for the written examination attached to these categories, as follows:

  • Section- I for Navik (Domestic batch)
  • Section-I & II for Navik (General Duty)
  • Section-I & III for Yantrik (Electrical)
  • Section-I & IV for Yantrik (Electronic)
  • Section-I & III for Yantrik (Mechanical)

The question paper will be objective type with multiple choices of 04 answers. There will be no penalties for wrong answers. The question paper will be bilingual, in Hindi & English except for the English language.

Only qualified candidates will go to next stage of the selection process, ie, Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
