IREL Recruitment 2021 Exam Syllabus & Exam Pattern
IREL Recruitment 2021 Exam Syllabus: The last date to apply for the posts is 05-10-2021. So the written test might be in late October or early November 2021. This means you will get at least a month or so to prepare for the test.
According to the notification, candidates satisfying all the necessary eligibility criteria will be invited for an open competitive written test. It will be an online computer-based test (CBT) for the posts, except for the Tradesman Trainee post. For the Tradesman Trainee post, it will be a paper-based test (PBT).
When ready, IREL will upload the call letters on its website and inform you through SMS and e-mail. You will be required to download the call letters from the website and appear for the written test at the designated centers. The details are given below.

IREL Recruitment Exam Pattern/Structure
According to the notification, those getting the qualifying marks in the written test will be called for the skill test/ trade test/ computer proficiency test as the case may be. In fact, these tests are qualifying in nature. The only criteria for the final selection will be your performance in the written test.
The company said it would prepare a merit list of candidates based on the marks scored in the written test. And, the selection will be from this merit list only. The candidates who could not be selected will be on the waiting list, valid for a period of one year.
So, it is important for you to prepare well to pass the written examination. And, we hope the information about the syllabus will help you prepare during the period.

IREL Recruitment 2021 Exam Syllabus 2021
There will be two papers for the test; Paper-I and Paper-II. It is mandatory that you score the minimum prescribed cutoff marks for both papers. The minim required marks are explained below.
In Paper-1, the test will be to examine your Subject knowledge, while Paper-II is about testing your General Knowledge, Numerical Ability, Reasoning Ability, and General English
The job-related subjects include Finance, HR Management, Rajbhasha, and Secretariate service. Similarly, for the Diploma Trainee post, the subject knowledge will be related to topics on Mining, Chemical, and Civil Engineering.
