UPSC Assistant Director Recruitment 2021: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has invited applications for the appointment of officers in various central government establishments on a permanent basis.
This includes 29 vacancies for the post of Assistant Director (Information Technology) in the Office of the Registrar General & Census Commissioner of India, Ministry of Home Affairs. There are also 35 other vacancies for the posts of Assistant Professor (Mechatronics), Assistant Defence Estates Officer, Senior Scientific Officer Grade-II, and Medical Officer.

- Engineering Degree in Chemical Technology or M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry) or M.Sc (Organic Chemistry)
- Two years’ practical experience in Production or Development or Quality Assurance in the field of Petroleum products / Paints & Chemical products
5. Senior Scientific Officer Grade-II (Engineering)
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Selection Process for UPSC Assistant Director Recruitment 2021
- There will be shortlisting of candidates on the basis of information provided in the application form
- In order to restrict the number of candidates within a reasonable limit, the Commission may follow methologies including changes in eleigiblity criteria and holding a recruitment test
- The shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview
